Who is Propely?

Propely is a company founded in 2019 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway. It specializes in providing property management software that helps optimize the management of buildings and properties. The platform is designed to streamline tasks such as maintenance control, handling deviations, fire prevention, and managing supplier response times. Its goal is to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction by offering real-time insights and reporting tools for landlords and property managers.

The problem

The problem is that the documentation systems in property management is still largely manual. This means that property owners and managers need to manually review and process reports from suppliers, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. This process is often inefficient and can lead to delays in addressing maintenance issues, which can have a negative impact on tenant satisfaction and property value.

Our solution

We integrated generative AI into the Propely platform to automate the processing of reports received from suppliers regarding maintenance tasks. This system is highly integrated, allowing for automatic extraction and population of relevant information directly into the management interface. Property owners benefit from this seamless process, as they no longer need to manually review documents; instead, the most pertinent details are automatically filled out, enhancing efficiency and ensuring that critical maintenance information is readily available.

Once the report is sent from the supplier to the platform, the AI system processes the information and automatically generates suggestions. This also includes recommandations regarding where the document should be placed in the file system.
